Charlie founded L&W Treasury after more than a decade in financial markets, broking and sales, advising businesses and private clients on foreign exchange, international payments and commercial finance. He leads the firm's growth and client relationships, taking a relationship-led approach that treats FX and payments as part of the wider commercial picture, never standalone transactions.
